Event Caddy's custom registration tool gives you the ability to invite players to participate for FREE using our registration package builder located under PLAYER MANAGER > Registration Options and then selecting the 'New Registration Option' button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Building a FREE Package

You can create a FREE Package (only available with Event Caddy PRO) by following the same steps as you would to create any other package. The only difference is you will leave the cost at $0.00. Once you save this package it will create a unique link that can be sent out. Only those who receive this link will have access to the package.

If you would also like your FREE registration package to be made available on your tournament website, please contact us through the chat tool found on your admin dashboard and we can quickly enable this feature for you.

Inviting Players to Register for FREE or at a Special/Discounted Rate

On the page that lists all your registration packages (https://app.eventcaddy.com/manager/bundles), head over to the 'Actions' column and look for the mail icon that will say 'Invite Players' when you hover over it with your cursor. Once selected, choose the 'Copy Link' button to copy the URL and include it in any email or text communications you send out.
