How to produce a report of each product sold

How you can separate each store item to see exactly what was sold.

At anytime you can view a full breakdown of all transactions for your tournament by selecting My Event -> Event Transactions from the side navigation of your admin dashboard. However, if you'd like to create a separate report for each store item you can do so by going to Finances & Commerce -> Online Store -> Manage Products.

For any of your products listed on your products page (https://app.eventcaddy.com/manager/products), head over to the 'Actions' column and hover your cursor over the icon that looks like two pieces of paper with a fold in the top right-hand corner. When hovered over, this icon will display the text 'Consumer Reports' (as shown in the below screenshot).

Once selected, you will be redirected to a new page that shows the detailed transaction information for that product. From here you can download the transactions to PDF for a read-only copy or export as a CSV file so you can manipulate the data in Excel by creating charts, pivot tablets, etc. You can also select the 'eye' icon to view the detailed receipt from a specific transaction. The below screenshot is an example of what it will look like:
