That's correct!
The way we've designed the 1-2-1 program on the system means you do NOT have to create a new 1-2-1 program for each client that needs individualised training.
This means you can provide structured, scalable programming to multiple clients while maintaining their personal calendars.
The way we've designed the program means that you have the ability to offer a set price for your individualised programming on one program, and attach all your 1-2-1 clients to it.
Say for example you charged £250 a month for 1-2-1 programming. You can create a 1-2-1 program and set the price as £250 / month.
1-2-1 Program choice:
You can then showcase this offering on your Storefront.
By structuring the 1-2-1 program this way you don't have to know a client before they subscribe to 1-2-1 programming from you.
By assigning one program to multiple clients, you can ensure everyone benefits from a shared program structure while still receiving personalized calendars, enhancing both scalability and efficiency.
When any client signs up to your 1-2-1 program, unlike group based programs, we'll allow you, the coach, to add training to each client's personal training calendar.
You'll notice that on the 1-2-1 program there isn't that large 'Add Programming' button on the program page. Instead, you have to head to the 'active clients' tab and click 'Add Programming' next to each client's name.
Key Benefits: This approach not only saves time but also ensures scalability and personalization for each client involved.
Group based:
1-2-1 (no main button):
When you click add training next to the client's name, you'll be transported to their personal calendar. Anything you put in there will NOT be reflected in any other client's calendar.
But some clients pay more than others?
One way round this is to offer coupons on your main program. Let's say a client gets 50% off for one reason or another. Create a one-off coupon and give it that client to use. You've just saved yourself building another program.
I have different bespoke program offerings, 3/5/7 sessions a week?
Ok, here you'll need to create 3 programs as it's likely they'll have different price points too. That's still better than one program per client.
This approach provides scalability and allows you to manage multiple client needs efficiently while sticking to fewer structured programs.
Thanks
