How do I move my training program schedule around in my training calendar?

If you'd like to customize your FITR training program dates to better fit your weekly schedule, such as aligning Day 1 with a Monday and Day 7 with a Sunday, you can easily update your program calendar using the app.

Here's how:

Program Adjustment: Shifting your schedule moves the entire program, keeping all sessions in their original order as designed by your coach.

How to Reschedule:

  1. Go to the training section in the App.

  2. Tap the reschedule icon in the top right.3. Choose the option to reschedule your program calendar as available through settings or calendar menu.

Program Types: If you don't see the reschedule option, it might not be available for your program type. Check with your coach for:

  • 'Fixed Length' programs

  • 'Session 1 Day 1' programs

This ensures your training stays on track, even after a break.

Set a new start day by selecting the day you want to begin as Week 1 Day 1. The program will automatically align according to your choice, shifting forward or backward as necessary. Confirm the changes to finalize the schedule update.

Once you press confirm, your calendar will update, and the selected week/day will now appear on the current date.Adjusting the start date ensures all subsequent training days also realign according to your chosen schedule, offering greater flexibility.

Changing the Start Date for an Ongoing Program

If you want to change the start date to a future date:

Example: If today is January 1st and you want January 6th as Day 1, Week 1, you'll need to wait until January 6th to reschedule.

On January 6th, use the reschedule feature to move your program to the new start date.
