4. Step-by-step instructions
Desktop
Log in to FITR using a web browser.
Go to Billing.
Find the active program subscription you want to apply the coupon to.
Select More and then Add Discount Code.
Enter your coupon code exactly as provided.
Confirm the coupon application.
The discount will apply to future payments only.
Mobile
Open the FITR app and tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select My Programs.
Tap the active program subscription you want to apply the discount to.
Tap Manage Subscription.
Tap More, then select Add Discount Code.
Confirm the coupon application.
The discount will apply to future payments only.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
Problem: The coupon didn’t change my last payment.
Cause: Coupons apply only to future charges, not payments already processed.
Fix: Check your next billing date to confirm the discount is applied.
Problem: My coupon code isn’t working.
Cause: The code may be expired, invalid, or restricted to specific programs.
Fix: Double-check the code or request a new one from your coach.
