Step 1

Please click “Cap Table” on the left column

Click Authorize new shares dropdown at the top right corner of the screen and select “Authorise new class of common stock”

Step 3

At the “Class Name” field type name of your stock, for example, “Common Stock” then select board approval date, and in the “Stock Certificate Class Prefix” type prefix name for example “CS-”. Please refer the number of authorized stock in the company incorporation documents and enter in “Shares Authorized” field.

Step 4

Click the “Create Stock Class” button
