Issue stock to an existing stakeholder. *
You must authorize stock before you can issue it. Please follow How to authorize stock in the capitalization table
Step 1
Click the issue new shares button in the top right corner.
Step 2
Select an existing stakeholder.
Step 3
Select and set:
Issue date
Stakeholder type
Security to issue --> Common Stock
Certificate name
Number of shares to issue
Price per share
Vesting schedule --> if issued shares are subject to vesting
Vesting cliff --> if issued shares are subject to vesting
Step 4
Click Submit
Step 5
Please verify for accuracy
Issue stock to a new stakeholder. *
Step 1
Click the issue new shares button in the top right corner.
Step 2
Select add new stakeholder and enter stakeholder name.
Step 3
Select and set:
Issue date
Stakeholder type
Security to issue --> Common Stock
Certificate name
Number of shares to issue
Price per share
Vesting schedule --> if issued shares are subject to vesting
Vesting cliff --> if issued shares are subject to vesting
Step 4
Click Submit
