Issue warrant to a new stakeholder. *
Step 1
Click the issue new shares button in the top right corner.
Step 2
Select add new stakeholder and enter stakeholder name.
Step 3
Select and set:
Issue date
Stakeholder type
Security to issue --> Warrant
Certificate name
Select percentage or number of shares
Exercise Price --> if applicable
Expiration Period (years) --> if applicable
Converts to --> if applicable
Step 4
Click Submit
