Second, You must authorize the option pool before you can issue it. Please follow How to authorize Option Pool in the capitalization table
Step 1
Click the issue new shares button in the top right corner.
Step 2
Select an existing stakeholder.
Step 3
Select and set:
Issue date
Stakeholder type
Security to issue --> Option Pool
Certificate name
Number of shares to issue
Price per share
Type
Vesting schedule --> if issued shares are subject to vesting
Vesting cliff --> if issued shares are subject to vesting
Step 4
Click Submit
