You must authorize stock before you can anauthorize the option pool. Please follow How to authorize stock in the capitalization table
Step 1
Please click “Cap Table” on the left column
Step 2
Click Authorise new shares dropdown at the top right corner of the screen and select “Create Option Pool”
Step 3
Select and set:
Select Stock
Board Approval Date
Class Name
Certificate Class Prefix
Select pool size by the number of shares or percentage
Step 4
Click Submit
