Works Order History on Products

Quickly view all linked works orders for a product or stock item in one place, improving traceability, maintenance history checks, and saving time navigating multiple screens.

You can now view Works Order history directly against products and stock levels. This allows you to quickly reference all linked works orders in one place, improving traceability and efficiency.

1. Go to the Product Record

  • From the main menu, select Products.

  • Use the search bar or filters to find the specific product you want to check.

2. Open the Product Details

  • Click on the product name to open its detailed view.

  • Here you’ll see tabs for General, Stock Levels, and other related information.

3. Locate the Works Order History

  • In the product details screen, look for the Works Orders section or tab.

  • This section now displays all works orders linked to this product, including:

    • Order number

    • Status (e.g., Open, Completed)

    • Date created

    • Linked stock level details
