Regions are a great way to group your depots together!

The benefits of grouping your depots are:

  • Multiple depots in a county or even country can be grouped together 

  • Regions can be assigned to users to allow easy visibility across depots

To create a Region, head to System Setup > Regions and hit the blue Add Region button in the top right. 

Firstly, you'll need a Region Name this is a required field, enter the Region Name and add in a description. 

Once you're finished, simply click the green Add Region button. 

Now your Region is set up you can add in the Depots. To do this, free type search in the search bar or add a new depot by clicking the Blue Add + Button

Once you've added in all of your Depots, you've set up your Region!
