If you have a product set as a Bulk stock method instead of Serialised or vice versa, you can change the stock method on the product. 

Get started

To change the stock method, edit the product and change the stock method type. 

When you're finished click the Update Product button. 

You cannot change the stock method if you have stock levels against the product. Remove the stock levels to change the product stock method.
