What if my prize doesn't show up?

Learn what to do if a prize doesn’t appear in your Pickem account right away.

If your prize doesn’t appear in your account immediately, don’t worry — here’s what to check:

1. Processing time

Some prizes may take a short period to process before displaying in your account. Wait a few minutes, then check again.

2. Check your balance

  • For Sweepstakes Coins (SC) or Gold Coins (GC), refresh your app or log out and back in.

  • Balances may not always update instantly without a refresh.

3. Contact support

If the prize still isn’t showing after refreshing:

  • Reach out to our support team through the in-app chat.

  • Share details about the prize (type, amount, when it was won).

  • Our team will verify and credit your account if needed.

Good to know

All rewards are tracked internally, so any missing prize can always be verified and restored. You won’t lose a prize you’ve rightfully earned.
