My purchase hasn’t been added to my account

Learn what to do if your Pickem purchase doesn’t appear in your account right away.

Every purchase you make in Pickem is processed in real time. Normally, your purchase should appear in your account immediately once the payment is successful.

However, in rare cases, there may be a slight delay. If that happens, here are a few steps you can try:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider to confirm the purchase was completed.

  2. Refresh your balance by logging out of Pickem and logging back in.

  3. Wait a few minutes as sometimes payments take a short while to process.


A. If you were charged but don’t see the purchase in Pickem

Please contact our Support Team and provide as many details as possible, including:

  • Purchase amount

  • Purchase date

  • Transaction ID

  • Copy or screenshot of the bank/payment statement showing the charge

This will help us quickly investigate and resolve the issue.


B. If your purchase appeared but bonus Sweepstakes Coins (SC) did not

Double-check the details of the package you purchased:

  • Some offers include Career Mode bags and do not come with bonus SC.

  • If you purchased an offer that should have included Sweepstakes Coins but didn’t receive them, reach out to Support and we’ll correct it.
