I cannot get past login verification to access my account

Learn why you may be blocked at verification when logging into Pickem and what steps to take depending on the verification stage.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If you can’t access your Pickem account because of login verification, it usually means there’s an outstanding verification step you need to complete. Verification happens in stages to keep your account secure and Pickem compliant with regulations.

Here’s what could be happening:

1. Basic Account Check (at sign-up)

  • If you haven’t completed your basic details (name, email, date of birth, phone), you won’t be able to proceed.

  • Make sure your information is accurate and matches official records (e.g., your real date of birth).

2. Home Address Check (at first deposit or purchase)

  • If you’re trying to make a purchase or deposit, you may be blocked until you provide proof of your official home address.

  • A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and address is usually required.

3. Identity & Face Verification (at withdrawal or prize redemption)

  • If you’re attempting to withdraw real money from DFS or redeem a Social Casino prize, you’ll need to upload a valid government ID and complete a quick face verification.

  • This ensures that funds and prizes go to the rightful account holder.

Early verification requests

Sometimes we may ask you to complete one of these steps earlier than usual if our system detects unusual activity or uncertainties in your details. This is to protect your account from unauthorized access.

What to do

  • Check which stage of verification you are being asked to complete.

  • Follow the instructions on screen to upload the required information.

  • If you’re unsure why you’re being asked for verification, or if something doesn’t seem right, contact Pickem Support and we’ll walk you through it.
