Why are my Gold Coins/Sweepstakes Coins not updating during gameplay?

Learn why your balance may not update immediately during Pickem gameplay and how to resolve it.

Your Gold Coins and Sweepstakes Coins (SC) should update instantly after every spin, wager, or result. If you don’t see your balance changing during gameplay, it’s usually due to a display delay rather than a problem with your account.

Common reasons include:

  • Connection issues – A weak or unstable internet connection can delay updates.

  • App display lag – The balance may take a moment to refresh on screen even though the transaction has already been recorded.

  • Gameplay interruptions – If the app is closed or interrupted mid-round, the system will finalize results once you reconnect.

What you can do:

  1. Refresh your balance by exiting the game and reopening it.

  2. Log out of Pickem and log back in to force a full account update.

  3. Ensure you are on a stable internet connection.


Important: Your balances (Gold Coins and Sweepstakes Coins) are always tracked accurately by our system, even if they appear delayed on screen. You will never lose coins because of a visual display issue.
