Step 1. Login to your Bold Penguin Terminal account.
Step 2. In the top-left corner, click on the dropdown menu and select Appointments:
Step 3. On the Utica First carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.
Step 4a. If you currently have an appointment with Utica First, select Direct appointment as the Appointment type. You will be prompted to enter your 8-digit Utica First Agency Partner Code.
Step 4b. If you are requesting a sub-appointment with Utica First* through Bold Penguin, select Request through Bold Penguin as the Appointment type, and then select REQUEST.
*Please note the sub-appointment approval process and requirements for a Utica First sub-appointment.
You're all done!
You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use on the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will also be toggled purple.
