Wholesale Scanner is a bespoke feature designed to cater to the specific needs of our users in analyzing data from wholesalers, stores, or their own lists.

This unique tool allows the upload of files containing product details like EAN, GTIN, UPC, ASIN and purchase prices. Once uploaded, our platform performs a comprehensive analysis, providing users with a filterable and sortable table to aid in identifying the most suitable deals for their needs.

Custom Data Upload: Users can upload files from wholesalers or stores, or their own lists containing product identifiers and prices. This allows for a personalized analysis based on specific user needs and data sources.

Detailed Analysis: Just like other search modules on our platform, Private Search processes the uploaded data, offering a user-friendly table for filtering and analyzing products. This table helps users to easily identify the best products according to their criteria.

We believe in empowering our users with tools that offer independence and detailed insights. Private Search was introduced to enable users to conduct their own analyses on preferred shops and wholesalers without relying on external shop analyses. This feature provides a personal and uninterrupted experience, ensuring users have all the necessary information at their fingertips. And is the most easiest and efficient way to filter through your wholesale lists

1. Accessing Wholesale Scanner: Navigate to the "Research" tab and click on the "Wholesale Scanner" link.

2. Preparing Your File: If you don't have a file from your wholesaler, refer to our blog for guidance on obtaining such files: Blog on Contacting Wholesalers.

3. File Requirements: Ensure your file is in Excel, CSV, or TXT format. It should not exceed 150,000 lines or 100MB. Select or drag and drop your file for upload.

4. Set Settings: Now select all the settings that apply to this specific file. You can select the currency, VAT rate, the Amazon Marketplace you are selling on, the Product ID type and set some custom settings in Step 3. Then just click check details.

5. Open the scan: Now open the scan by clicking on the blue folder and open your scanned wholesale list.

6. Set filters: Finally apply your desired filters or use our presets manager, to filter for products and find the best deals.
