I can’t seem to find all my CRM fields in Reveal. Why?

Reveal imports a set of default fields from your Data Source, displayed as the columns in your account mapping.

These include:

  • Company name

  • Account status (defined by the status rules)

  • Account owner

  • Open deal (defined by the open opportunities tab, in step 3)

  • # of contacts

  • Industry

  • # of employees

However, if there are some specific fields at the Account-level or Opportunity-level that would be useful in your account mappings (such as "Churn score"), you can define them in the Custom fields tab so they can be imported to your Reveal workspace.
