The Basic Plan provides access to core features across all platforms:

  • Less than 5 Q&A credits per month

  • Less than 5 key point credits per month

  • Unlimited saved items

  • Unlimited keyword search

  • Unlimited highlights

  • Unlimited notes

The Essential Plan includes everything in the Basic Plan, and:

  • Unlimited getting key points credits

  • More number of image templates for key points without SaveDay logo and name

  • Priority support

  • No-questions-asked refunds

  • Access to all upcoming features

The Elite Plan includes everything in the Essential Plan, and:

  • Unlimited Q&A credits per month

Student offer

Designed specifically for students, this plan offers:

  • Discount: 50% off the regular plan price

Applying for the Student discount

To apply for the Student plan with a 50% discount, fill out our form with your valid student email. We'll provide you with a discounted payment link within 72 hours

Note: The student offer only applies when you purchase through our web app. However, once purchased, you can still use the plan on your mobile device


Upgrade your plan

When you decide to upgrade to a plan with more features, like the Elite plan, you can access the new plan immediately

Note:

  • Users can manage subscriptions and make payments via both web and mobile platforms

  • However, subscription upgrades or downgrades or cancel must be managed on the platform where the original purchase was made

WEB APP

To upgrade your plan in the SaveDay web app, just follow these simple steps:

1. Access account settings:

  • Click on the Account and more options icon at the top-right corner of the web app

  • Click on Settings button

  • Click on the "Account" tab

2. Change your plan:

  • Select Change plan

  • On the SaveDay pricing page, choose the plan you want to upgrade to

3. Confirm your action:

  • Review the order summary for your upgrade

  • Click Confirm changes if everything looks correct

Special considerations for mid-billing upgrades

  • Upgrading between different monthly plans:

    • The new plan starts immediately and initiates a new billing cycle

    • You will be charged right away for the new plan, with an adjustment made for any unused time on your previous plan

  • Upgrading from monthly to yearly plan:

    • The new yearly plan will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle

    • After completing your upgrade, you will be redirected to the "Settings" page in the SaveDay web app

Note:

  • Payments can be made using a debit or credit card

  • SaveDay uses Stripe to process all payments securely

  • You cannot upgrade from a yearly plan to a different monthly plan directly within the system. If you want to make such a change, please contact us at billing@save.day with your request

  • You will receive an email notification of successful payment via email

MOBILE APP (IOS)

To upgrade your plan in the SaveDay mobile app, just follow these simple steps:

1. Choose your plan:

  • Tap on the Profile icon at the bottom tab bar

  • Choose the Change plan button right below your email information

  • On the "Select your plan" page, choose the plan you want to upgrade

2. Confirm your action:

  • Review the order summary for your upgrade

  • Confirm payment if everything looks correct

  • Follow the prompts to authenticate your purchase with your Apple ID

Special considerations for mid-billing upgrades

  • Upgrading between different monthly plans:

    • The new plan starts immediately and initiates a new billing cycle

    • You will be charged right away for the new plan

Note:

  • Once upgraded, you will be charged immediately for the higher plan, and then Apple will process a prorated refund based on the remainder of your individual subscription

  • You cannot directly upgrade from a yearly plan to a different monthly one

MOBILE APP (ANDROID)

To upgrade your plan in SaveDay, just follow these simple steps:

1. Choose your plan:

  • Tap on the Profile icon at the bottom tab bar

  • Choose the Change plan button right below your email information

  • On the "Select your plan" page, choose the plan you want to upgrade

2. Confirm your action:

  • Review the order summary for your upgrade

  • Confirm payment if everything looks correct

  • Follow the prompts to authenticate your purchase with your Google account

Special considerations for mid-billing upgrades

  • Upgrading between different monthly plans:

    • The new plan starts immediately and initiates a new billing cycle

    • You will be charged right away for the new plan

Note:

  • Once upgraded, you will be charged immediately for the higher plan. Any unused time will be adjusted based on the price difference and credited toward the new subscription, effectively extending the next billing date

  • You cannot upgrade from a yearly plan to a different monthly plan directly


Downgrade your plan

When you decide to downgrade to a plan with fewer features, like the Essential plan, you will retain access to the Elite plan until the end of the current billing cycle

Note:

  • Users can manage subscriptions and make payments via both web and mobile platforms

  • However, subscription upgrades or downgrades or cancel must be managed on the platform where the original purchase was made

WEB APP

To downgrade your plan in the SaveDay web app, just follow these simple steps:

1. Access account settings:

  • Click on the Account and more options icon at the top-right corner of the web app

  • Click on Settings button

  • Click on the "Account" tab

2. Change your plan:

  • Select Change plan

  • On the SaveDay pricing page, choose the plan you want to downgrade to

3. Confirm your action:

  • After selecting your new plan, you will see a confirmation message in the settings section of the web app stating your current plan status

    • For example: "You still use Elite | Monthly subscription to 07/06/2024 before switching to Essential | Monthly subscription"

  • This message confirms that your downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period, allowing you to continue enjoying the benefits of your current plan until then. This process ensures that you can plan for the change without any interruption to your service

MOBILE APP (IOS)

To upgrade your plan in the SaveDay mobile app, just follow these simple steps:


1. Choose your plan:

  • Tap on the Profile icon at the bottom tab bar

  • Choose the Change plan button right below your email information

  • On the "Select your plan" page, choose the plan you want to downgrade to

2. Confirm your action:

  • Review the order summary for your downgrade

  • Confirm payment if everything looks correct

  • Follow the prompts to authenticate your purchase with your Apple ID

Note:

  • Don't worry when you see a confirmation to pay with Apple. This is just to ensure you confirm the downgrade. Your new plan will be charged in the next billing cycle

3. Receive confirmation

  • After selecting your new plan, you will see a confirmation message in the "Account" section from the "Profile" page of the mobile app stating your current plan status

    • For example: "You are still using the Elite: Monthly subscription to 02/21/2024 before switching to Essential: Monthly subscription"

  • This message confirms that your downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period, allowing you to continue enjoying the benefits of your current plan until then. This process ensures that you can plan for the change without any interruption to your service

MOBILE APP (ANDROID)

When you downgrade using the app in Google Play Store, different rules apply compared to the web or Apple App Store. The downgrade will take effect immediately. To downgrade your plan in SaveDay, follow these simple steps:

1. Choose your plan:

  • Tap on the Profile icon at the bottom tab bar

  • Choose the Change plan button right below your email information

  • On the "Select your plan" page, choose the plan you want to downgrade to

2. Confirm your action:

  • Review the order summary for your downgrade

  • Confirm payment if everything looks correct

  • Follow the prompts to authenticate your purchase with your

3. Receive confirmation:

  • After selecting your new plan, go to the "Account" section from the "Profile" page of the mobile app. You will see the new plan name with the duration

Note:

  • The new plan name and duration may take around 60 seconds to update

  • Any unused time will be adjusted based on the price difference and credited toward the new subscription, effectively extending the next billing date
