For the SaveDay Extension, there is no maximum file size or storage limit. You can save as much content as you want without worrying about storage constraints
What file formats are supported by the SaveDay Extension?
Currently, SaveDay Extension works best with links and images. In the future, we will support more formats such as audio files and video files
Extension: Search
Can I search for content across different file formats using SaveDay's search feature in the Extension?
You can use SaveDay's search feature in the Extension to find content across various supported file formats. It provides results based on keywords or topics, regardless of the file format
Extension: Get key points
Does "Get key points" automatically save an article or video even though I haven't saved it before with SaveDay Extension?
In the SaveDay Extension, when you use the "Get key points" command, it creates key points or a summary for the selected content. These notes are automatically saved and can be easily viewed at any time from your SaveDay web app
Can I Get key points from private posts on Facebook using SaveDay Extension?
The SaveDay Extension primarily supports public posts. Unfortunately, private posts or content within private groups cannot be accessed unless they are publicly viewable
Why are keynotes' language different from the original content in the SaveDay Extension?

Why is the image generated missing my key points with SaveDay Extension?
In the SaveDay Extension, we follow the Zettelkasten method, ensuring permanent notes are readily accessible. However, image size constraints may sometimes limit the inclusion of supporting ideas. Why is there no result in the sidebar when I get key points from a long article?
Addressing this issue is our top priority, and we are actively working to fix it promptly. In the meantime, you can access the SaveDay web app from the "Library" in the SaveDay menu. The content for which you have already obtained key points notes is saved in your SaveDay web app, making it easy for you to find your notes. Simply click on the respective items, and they will appear with all your notes
Extension: Manage collection
When I click on the "Library" link with the SaveDay Extension, it takes me to a page with no content. What can I do?
With the SaveDay Extension, you can access your saved content by clicking the Extension icon within one hour of receiving the link for data security. Your saved items will be available for you to manage. If you need to view your saved items again, you can simply click the icon and access your collection, allowing you to effectively manage your content
How can I open my SaveDay page? I collected a couple of links but don't know where to read them.
To manage your collection, open the SaveDay Extension by clicking its icon in the top right corner of your browser while on a webpage. Once the SaveDay menu opens, simply click on the "Library" section to open your SaveDay and easily manage your saved contents
Extension: Add a reminder
Can I edit the reminder time as I want with the SaveDay Extension?
At the moment, the SaveDay Extension offers predefined reminder options for simplicity, including 1 hour, 7 hours, tomorrow, and next week. We're actively exploring future updates that may allow for more personalized reminder times
After I choose the reminder time, can I choose it again with the SaveDay Extension?
Currently, the SaveDay Extension does not support modifying an existing reminder time. However, we're continually working on enhancing the user experience. In the future, we plan to introduce the capability to adjust reminder times for added flexibility
Extension: Connect with Telegram
I have SaveDay on both my phone and computer, but they're not connecting. Can I make them connect?
Yes, you can establish a connection between them. Follow these steps on the SaveDay web app:
Click on the account icon in the top right corner. If not connected yet, select the "Connect with Telegram" button. Alternatively, choose the "Settings" section for guidance
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Click the "Connect with Telegram" button to visit the SaveDay bot (Ensure you have a Telegram account)
Step 2: Open the SaveDay bot and choose the command "/library"
Step 3: Click on the link provided and log in using the Google account associated with this SaveDay account
Note: Once connected, the account cannot be changed
Extension: Highlight
Why doesn't the highlight image feature cover all the words I require?
The SaveDay content highlight feature is designed for concise content, capped at < 250 characters for precise highlighting
If the text you want to highlight image is too long (more than 250 characters), you can click the "Shorten highlight" icon to make it shorter and more concise
Extension: Interface and Setting
At times, I use the website browser, but the SaveDay side menu can be inconvenient because it's not movable. Is there a way to either move it or turn it off?
Currently, the SaveDay side menu cannot be moved. However, you can easily turn it off: Drag the mouse to the SaveDay side menu, then click on the "Turn off side menu" icon. Two options will appear for you: "Once for this time" or "Always for this site"
Tip: To activate the SaveDay side menu, click on the SaveDay icon in the top right corner of your browser, then choose the "Setting" option. In the Settings page, navigate to the "Preferences" section. In the "In-page button" section, click on the "Delete" icon next to the website you wish to re-enable the side menu for
Every time I try to highlight text, the highlight button also appears. Can I turn it off?
Certainly, you can disable it. To turn off the SaveDay highlight button, drag your mouse over the highlight button, and then select the turn-off button. Two options will appear: "Once for this time" or "Always for this site"
