If you get an error in Taplio saying there’s a problem with your token, simply go to the Settings section, scroll down and hit the “Refresh” button.
As shown below:
This fix should solve the problem, so you won't see that error again.
Please note that refreshing your token may impact how the Taplio X Chrome extension functions, which is key to features such as:
@mentioning people in posts
publishing posts that contain a carousel
posting with a company page
getting up to date analytics
Just to be sure, it’s a good idea to visit the website and check your account after you update your token and open the Taplio X Chrome extension.
