What to do if my transaction is pending?

A pending transaction refers to an approved debit or credit transaction that has not been fully processed yet. They may also arise due to network issues, slower bank processing times, or technical errors. Pending transactions typically appear in your account statement as a temporary hold on funds or as a pending charge. During this time, the transaction is still in the process of being finalized, and the funds associated with it are not available for use. Once the transaction is fully processed, it will be reflected as a completed transaction in your account. The duration of a pending transaction can vary depending on the merchant and the payment processing system being used.

Please be aware that transactions cannot be canceled manually, either from your side or ours.

If the transaction is pending for over 20 minutes, it will most likely expire and get canceled automatically. In this case, the money is returned to the card you initially paid with.

This way, it's better to wait up to 20 minutes and try to deposit again using the following solutions that are usually helpful in resolving payment issues:

  • Refresh the page and try to deposit again.

  • Use another card.

  • Switсh the browser or use the "Incognito" window:
    For Windows: Ctrl+Shift+N
    For MacOS: Cmd+Shift+N

  • Clean cache & cookies:
    For Windows: Shift+Ctrl+R
    For MacOS: Shift+Command+R.

  • Use another device.

Rest assured, if the previous pending transaction goes through, we will provide you with a full refund for the duplicated one.

However, if the status of the transactions remains the same after multiple attempts, you should contact your bank and make sure that international transactions are enabled on your card.

If you can't wait, the best way to approve or decline the pending transaction is to contact your bank with such a request, as we are not able to cancel or approve them from our side manually.
