Can Funds Be Returned to a Different Card?
The funds can only be issued to the card you originally used for payment.
Why Do Refunds Normally Go Back to the Same Card?
Card networks and banks require refunds to be credited to the original payment card for fraud prevention and accurate accounting (and to avoid issues with closed or stolen cards).
Our platform, like most others, follows these regulations; therefore, refunds are routed back to the card that was originally charged.
What If I Used Different Cards to Make a Payment?
If you used multiple cards, the refund will be divided according to the initial payment transactions, and each refund will be returned to its corresponding original payment card.
What If I Have No Access to the Card I Used?
If you’ve lost, replaced, or no longer have access to your original card, your bank will usually transfer the refund to your new card, as long as it’s issued by the same bank. However, it’s always best to contact your bank directly to confirm that the funds will be properly redirected.
What If I Used Apple Pay?
If you use Apple Pay, please note that it employs a security feature that automatically changes your card number. As a result, you may see a different card number associated with your refund in our system. Don’t worry — this feature protects your private information and does not affect your refund processing. You will still receive your funds on the original card used for the payment.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, and you place your withdrawal request, our team will check it within 24 hours.
Please note that your bank may take up to 10 business days to fully process the refund.
