If you’d like to receive an update on your withdrawal request, please go to Balance in the left sidebar and choose the Refund requests tab.
If you see the Done status - your refund request was approved, and the funds were issued to the card you initially paid with (the date of the approval will also be visible). Please note that your bank may take up to 10 business days to process the request.
The Closed status means that the withdrawal request was declined.
If the status is New - your withdrawal request has not been processed yet. Please note that our team checks all new withdrawal requests within 24 hours.
However, if you requested the refund due to quality issues with your order, the Quality Assurance department will have to review it before we can approve any refund, as we are always willing to provide you and the writer with a fair resolution. Investigating the order may take up to 5 hours.

If 10 business days have passed since the funds were issued - please get in touch with our Help Center, and we will provide you with the proof of the transaction that you may use as proof to contact your bank regarding the issue.
