Here are the possible solutions:
Ask your expert for a revision. We offer free unlimited revisions upon your 100% satisfaction. Please, communicate directly with the expert, or contact our Support team and explain what went wrong.
Reassign to a new expert. Remember that changing the expert if you do not like the expert you have hired is also free. If you want to reassign your order to another expert, contact us, and we will help you to replace the order.
Request a refund. The refund request will be forwarded to our Quality Assurance Department to conduct the investigation. They will check the content, initial instructions, and your communication with the expert to consider the final resolution regarding the order and possible refund.
