What you'll see in Slack once connected
Abode sends a message to your Slack channel whenever one of these happens:
You publish an announcement
An event reminder is due
You get matched with a new pairing or rotation partner
Someone sends you a chat message in Abode
A data request needs your attention
Abode only posts when one of these actions happens. It never sends messages on its own.
How to connect it
You'll need admin access in Abode. It takes about a minute.
Log into Abode.
Click Settings in the left sidebar.
Open the Integrations & ATS tab.
Find the Slack card and click Configure integration.
When you click Connect, you'll be prompted to choose your Slack workspace and confirm.
After you connect
You'll see a confirmation once Slack is connected. You can turn the connection on or off anytime from the same Integrations & ATS screen.
