Notes are how your team records what they thought of someone, on the person’s record rather than in a spreadsheet.
Ratings
Rate someone from half a star to five. A person’s average shows on their record and can be used to sort your Talent list.
Verdicts
A quick call on someone. The defaults are Strong yes, Maybe and No, and your workspace can rename them to whatever your team actually says.
Job recommendations
Point someone at something specific — an Abode program or cohort, a custom label, or an external link.
Tags
Tag people to group them for later. These are talent tags and are separate from the tags on your pages.
Your note form
Choose which of these your team sees when writing a note, and add up to three questions of your own. Set it once for the workspace, then override it on any page that needs something different.
