The “Learners” statistics section contains a list of all registered learners of the academy. Here you can view detailed information about each learner and apply various filters to simplify data analysis.
The table includes the following data:
Learner registration date;
Learner email;
Full name;
Last login date — the most recent login (using password);
Opened — the number of lessons and quizzes opened by the learner;
Lessons completed — the number of completed lessons and quizzes, as well as the percentage of the total;
Total time spent in lessons – the cumulative time spent in lessons and quizzes.
By clicking on a specific learner’s row, you can open their profile.
Filters 📌
To filter learners by a specific parameter, click “Add filter”:
Available filters:
Course – view learners who are currently passing or have completed a specific course.
Sign-up date – display learners signed up within a selected period.
Certificate – filter learners who have certificates.
Team – view learners who belong to a specific team.
After selecting the required parameter, click “Show”:
You can export the filtered data in CSV or XLSX formats. To complete this, click the three dots and select the desired format:
Viewing hidden learners 👀
This section also allows you to view learners hidden from the statistics. To display them, click the three dots and select “Show hidden learners”:
If needed, you can remove a learner from the hidden list by changing the corresponding setting in the learner’s profile:
