Version history is a feature that allows you to review previous versions of a lesson and, if needed, revert to any of them. It helps track changes, restore earlier content states, and prevent the loss of important information during editing.
🔄 How it works
Every time you make changes to a lesson and save them, the system automatically stores a new version. This ensures a complete history of edits without the need to manually create copies.
To view the version history, click the history icon in the top-right corner:
Here you can see all recent versions, including the time of change and the administrator who made it:
📌Please note: timestamps in the version history are displayed in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).
⏪ Restoring a version
If you need to revert to a previous version of a lesson, simply select the desired version and click “Restore this version”:
After that, the lesson will be reverted to the selected version.
⚠️ Version history is stored for 30 days from the date each version was created. Once this period has passed, that version can no longer be restored.
Version history ensures safe editing and allows you to work with content more confidently, without the risk of losing important changes.
