"Bulk actions" are a tool for quickly managing the content structure in the Academy. It allows administrators to efficiently organize learning materials in one click: delete outdated materials, copy courses and folders to other academies for rapid scaling, as well as ungroup folders, instantly moving content to the general list.
To switch to managing the content structure, you need to select the Content section in the left sidebar. After that, click on the settings icon in the upper right corner and select the Bulk actions item:
To select a course or folder, click on the circle in the upper right corner of the course or folder card – a checkmark will appear inside it. Immediately after this, a toolbar for managing the selected content will appear at the bottom of the screen:
The following tools are available on this panel:
The Select All Content button – allows you to instantly check all available courses and folders on the page.
The Cross button – designed for ungrouping folders (deleting the folder itself with automatic transfer of its contents to the general list).
The Copy to... button – opens a modal window where you can select another academy to copy the chosen materials to.
The Copy button – creates a duplicate of the selected content within the current academy.
To delete content, click on the trash can icon.
If you accidentally selected the wrong courses or simply want to exit this mode, click the Cancel button.
📌 Please note: deleting courses is irreversible. Once deleted, it will be impossible to restore the courses, and you will lose all data associated with them.
