Top quick-access bar
📌 Please note that this bar is optional – it's configured by your academy's administrator, so it may not appear in your dashboard.
Here, the administrator can add up to three links to other resources for quick access by learners. For example, a link to a knowledge base, a website, and so on.
Left content sidebar
The vertical menu on the left is your main control panel. It lets you instantly switch between different learning and assessment formats:
🎓 Courses: Your main catalog of training programs. Here you'll find all the courses you need to complete. They can be displayed individually or conveniently organized into folders.
📅 Meetings & ILT: A section for scheduling and tracking meetings or webinars with an instructor.
📋 Exams: A section that gathers your final assessments. Here you can test your knowledge and view exam results once they've been graded.
📹 Video Interviews: A section for recording and completing video interviews. Here you can view available video interviews and take them by recording your own answers.
📊 Performance Review: Your space for completing periodic evaluations (such as 360° surveys). In this section, you can fill out self-assessment forms and evaluate colleagues' competencies.
💾 News: Your personal feed of internal company announcements. All important updates that administrators publish for your team appear here.
Smart AI assistant Wave AI Copilot
In the bottom right corner of your screen, you'll find Wave AI Copilot. Clicking the Lighthouse icon opens a chat window:
By clicking the icon, at any point during your learning you can ask it a question about the course topic, and the AI will give you a precise answer along with a link to the relevant lesson.
