Quiz View
On the statistics page, quizzes are divided into two sections:
Quiz View;
Learner View.
In the Quiz View tab, you can see a list of all quizzes, including the quiz name and the course, folder, or learning path where the quiz is located.
For each quiz, you can view the following overall statistics:
Not Started — the number of learners who have not started the quiz yet;
Started — the number of learners who have started the quiz;
Passed — the number of learners who have completed the quiz;
Failed — the number of learners who did not achieve the required passing score.
You can also use the search field to quickly find a specific quiz:
Learner View
In the Learner View tab, quiz statistics are presented in a table with information about learners’ quiz attempts. The table includes:
Email — the learner’s email address;
Full Name — the learner’s first and last name;
Average Time to Complete — the average time it takes the learner to complete a quiz;
Passed Quizzes — the number of quizzes successfully completed by the learner;
Failed Quizzes — the number of quizzes the learner did not pass:
Detailed Quiz Statistics
To view detailed statistics, select the required quiz from the list by clicking its name. Detailed quiz statistics consist of three tabs:
Overview;
Detailed Results;
All Attempts:
Overview
The Overview tab displays the overall statistics for the selected quiz in an information dashboard. Here you can view:
Started;
Passed;
Failed;
Not Started;
Completion Rate;
Successful Attempts;
Unsuccessful Attempts;
Average Quiz Completion Time;
Average Number of Attempts;
Average Score.
Below, you can view statistics for each quiz question. You can see how learners answered each question on average and which answer options they selected.
For questions with open-ended answers, matching and rearrangement questions you can click the question to view detailed statistics, including how each learner answered and, if needed, export the responses:
In the Overview tab, open the «⋮» menu next to the quiz name to access additional options:
Export “All Attempts” as a CSV or XLSX file;
Export “Detailed Results” as a CSV or XLSX file;
Edit this Quiz — go to the quiz and question editor:
Detailed Results
In the Detailed Results tab, you can view detailed information about each learner’s quiz results. The table includes:
Email — the learner’s email address;
Full Name — the learner’s first and last name;
Passing Date — the date when the quiz was taken;
Teams & Departments — the team the learner belongs to;
Score — the number of points earned for the quiz;
Answers — the learner’s answers to the quiz questions.
Detailed results can be filtered by team, status, and attempt. You can also search by the learner’s email address to quickly find a specific result:
All Attempts
The All Attempts tab displays information about all quiz attempts made by learners. The table includes the following metrics:
Email — the learner’s email address;
Full Name — the learner’s first and last name;
Passing Date — the date and time of the attempt;
Status — the result of the specific quiz attempt;
Score — the number of points earned for the attempt;
Time Spent — the total time spent on the quiz;
Average Question Time — the average time spent on each question;
Attempts — the attempt number;
Teams & Departments — the team the learner belongs to.
The data can be filtered by team and status. You can also search by the learner’s email address:
Export Statistics
Quiz statistics can be exported in CSV or Excel format for further analysis. Export is available for the following sections:
Quiz View;
Learner View;
Detailed Results;
All Attempts.
To export the data, open the «⋮» menu and select the required format:
