The "Learner's Performance" section helps you track learning outcomes and see learner progress across courses and quizzes. Essentially, it functions as a kind of "grade book", where you can review learner results for each quiz within a course.
Administrators can view overall performance metrics, each learner's results on individual quizzes, and the number of attempts. This makes it possible to assess how well learners are grasping the material and identify which quizzes turned out to be the most challenging.
Learners can view their own results and progress across courses. If needed, administrators can also enable team results visibility, allowing learners to compare their performance with other participants – adding an element of competition.
🔧 How to Enable Results Visibility for Learners
By default, learners cannot see their performance – this option needs to be enabled manually in the academy settings.
Go to Visual Settings → Learner's Side tab → Learner`s Performance section:
Two options are available:
Show Learner`s Performance – reveals the learner's own scores, progress, and course grade;
Show Team Performance – allows the learner to see the results of other members within their team.
📌 Please note that the Team Performance module is available only on certain pricing plans.
When Team Performance display is activated, two additional options become available:
Add filtering by teams – displays team names so the learner can filter results by their own team;
Show learners names – displays the names of other learners in the results table.
After selecting the desired options, click Save – the changes will apply immediately to all learners in the academy:
🎓 Course Performance Display for Learners
Once the settings are activated, a Course's Performance section appears in the learner's profile:
In the tab that opens, the learner sees on the left side a list of available courses, showing their progress, grade, and quiz completion status:
After selecting a specific course, the "My Performance" tab opens. At the top, the learner can see the overall course completion percentage and grade, presented as a visual chart:
Below, a detailed table displays information for each quiz in the course. Here, the learner can view their own score, the number of attempts, and the team's average score for that quiz:
By clicking the three dots next to a quiz, the learner can go directly to the quiz to retake it or view the detailed results of a previous attempt:
If, after completing all quizzes in the course, the learner's result is higher than the team's average result, a corresponding message is displayed, indicating the percentage by which the learner's result exceeds the team average. This helps motivate the learner to maintain a high level of performance going forward:
If the Team Performance feature is enabled for learners, an additional Team Performance tab becomes available:
This tab displays a block featuring the team's top learners, as well as a full ranking table showing each learner's position, their overall score, and their results for each individual quiz:
The learner viewing the report is always pinned to the first row of the table and highlighted, regardless of their actual position in the ranking.
If a learner belongs to several teams, they can switch between them using a dedicated list and view the ranking separately for each one:
🖥️ Course Performance Display for Administrators
To view learner performance for a specific course, open the Courses statistics section and select the desired course from the list. You can navigate to the performance tab either by clicking the performance icon in the table or by opening the statistics for a specific course and selecting the Course Performance tab:
📌 Please note that viewing learner performance by courses for administrators is available only on certain pricing plans.
At the top, three key metrics are displayed, providing an immediate overview of the course:
Average Grade – the average score of learners across all completed quizzes in the course;
Average Attempts – the average number of attempts learners used to complete the quizzes;
Hardest Quiz – the quiz with the lowest average score among learners who completed it. This serves as a useful reference point for identifying which material may need to be reinforced or explained in more detail.
Below is a detailed table listing each learner's name and email, their overall grade, and a separate column for each quiz in the course, showing the points earned and the number of attempts:
The table can be flexibly customized to fit your needs:
Search by learner name or email;
Filtering by registration date, team, quiz status, or system and custom variables.
If you need to quickly find results for a specific quiz within a large table containing dozens of columns, use the dedicated quiz selection list – the table will automatically scroll to and highlight the relevant column, making it easy to locate:
You can also open the performance table in full-screen mode using the corresponding icon:
Report Export 📑
To export the resulting performance table for further analysis or storage outside the system, click the three dots next to the table and select the desired format – CSV or Excel:
