Sometimes learners complete courses at different levels: some perform better, others worse. You have the ability to configure certificates with the desired number of levels and select the appropriate certificate design.

To configure certificate issuance, go to the course settings and open the 'Award Settings' page.

Here, you can choose the type of reward you want to issue and make the necessary settings.

Select 'Award Certificate'. Next, you can select which certificate template you want to use. You can customize this template in Visual Settings → Certificates.

You can also configure the display of the course score on the certificate by enabling the corresponding setting:

If you want to create certificate tiers based on scores, you can do this using Grades. You can create and configure multiple certificate levels for the course by enabling the 'Grades for certificates' feature.

Here you can configure:

  • The condition for issuing a certificate (“If score…”);

  • Specify which grades will be assigned under this condition (“then grade 'Excellent'”);

  • Choose the color to highlight the grade in statistics;

  • Select which template should be issued under this condition.

You can also create multiple grades by clicking 'Add Grade'. To delete a grade, click the cross icon next to it:

After completing all settings, click 'Save':

Issued Certificate Statistics

You can view statistics for all certificates issued per course in the Awards statistics section 'Certificates'.

Here, you can see the statistics of issued certificates for each course and export them. The table will include:

  1. Issue date

  2. Learner's email who received the certificate

  3. Fullname

  4. Certificate grade (if configured)

  5. Template used

  6. Option to regenerate the certificate (if it was issued with the wrong name)

  7. Option to view the certificate via the verification link

📌 Please note that a certificate can only be regenerated for a learner once per day.

To export the issued certificate's statistics, click the three dots and select the desired format:
