How to View the Statistics of Issued Awards?

This article will help you view statistics for issued certificates and badges, as well as track and manage learner awards

Written by Anastasiia

To view award statistics, go to Statistics → Awards:

Certificates

In the Certificates tab, you can view all certificates issued to learners for completing courses. At the top of the page, you can see the total number of certificates received by learners, while the statistics for each course are displayed on the right:

For each course, you can expand the list of issued certificates and view detailed information about them. The table includes the following data:

  • Issue Date — the date and time when the certificate was issued to the learner;

  • Email — the learner's email address;

  • Full Name — the learner's first and last name;

  • Grade — the certificate level, if it is used for issuing the certificate;

  • Template — the certificate template that was used;

  • Regenerate — allows you to regenerate the certificate if changes have been made to the learner's full name;

  • Verification Link — a link that can be used to verify the authenticity of the certificate;

  • Delete — allows you to delete an issued certificate:

📌 Please note that each certificate can only be regenerated once per day.

Bulk issuing and deleting certificates

On the certificate statistics page, you can also issue or delete certificates in bulk. To do this, use the corresponding button above the certificate list and select the required learners:

Searching for a certificate

If there are many certificates in the list, you can use the Search field to quickly find the required learner:

Exporting statistics

Certificate statistics for a course can be exported in CSV or Excel format for further analysis. To do this, open the menu next to the required course and select the preferred export format:

Badges

In the Badges tab, you can view statistics for badges received by learners after completing courses. At the top of the page, you can see the total number of badges received by learners, as well as statistics for each course:

By expanding the required course, you can view the list of learners who have received a badge.

The table displays:

  • Issue Date — the date and time when the badge was received;

  • Email — the learner's email address;

  • Full Name — the learner's first and last name.

Unlike certificate statistics, badge statistics offer a more limited set of features. On this page, you can view information about issued badges, but additional actions such as regeneration, verification via a link, or bulk deletion are not available.
