In the learner profile menu, there is a “Profile Settings” section where users can manage their data:
A learner can:
Deactivate their account with the option to restore it later;
Restrict the processing of personal data while keeping account information stored;
Delete the account along with all personal data;
Export personal data.
If a student restricts the processing of their personal data, their information will appear blurred in the admin panel. For example, in the “Learner Progress” report, it will look like this:
