How to connect a Mirakl marketplace to Acenda

Add a Mirakl-based marketplace such as Macy's, Nordstrom or Ulta Beauty, authorize it, and confirm it's syncing.

Mirakl runs the marketplace platform behind many large retailers, including Macy's, Nordstrom, Ulta Beauty, Bloomingdale's, Kohl's, Lowe's and Best Buy. Acenda connects to a Mirakl-based marketplace through a one-time OAuth authorization, not a key you type in.

Once you add the channel and approve the connection on the marketplace's own login screen, Acenda starts syncing your catalog, inventory, pricing and orders on its regular schedule. To see how Acenda compares with Mirakl's own tools, read What is the difference between Acenda and Mirakl Connect?.

Before you start

Have these ready:

  • An active, approved seller account on the marketplace. Approval and onboarding happen directly with the marketplace, so Acenda can't guarantee approval.

  • A few minutes to sign in on the marketplace's own login screen during setup. That's where you approve Acenda's access, not inside Acenda.

  • A decision on which of your Acenda warehouses should feed this channel.

Connect and authorize the channel

  1. Click CHANNELS > Integrations in the sidebar.

  2. Click New and find the marketplace by name.

  3. Click Add on its tile. If you don't see the marketplace you need, contact Acenda Support.

  4. Open the new integration and go to Settings > Consent.

  5. Click Start OAuth Consent Flow.

  6. You're taken to the marketplace's own Mirakl login screen. Sign in with your seller account there and approve the connection request for Acenda.

  7. If the integration also shows an Authorization tab next to Consent (currently Macy's), open Authorization and enter the credential fields shown — for Macy's that is API Key and API Secret — then click Save. Most other Mirakl marketplaces show Consent only. Use field labels only; never share real values in a ticket or email.

  8. Back in Acenda, on Settings > General, turn on the Enabled switch to start syncing. Then use Warehouse Details to choose which warehouses feed this channel.   9. Confirm the connection.

  10. Open the Channel Events tab to see the messages exchanged with the marketplace.

  11. Check that the integration doesn't show Connection Unhealthy. Each product also shows a Last Sync time once it has synced.

Mirakl-specific settings

  • Generic Templates: global rules and placeholder attributes some marketplaces require before an item can be created. They're most common on Mirakl channels such as Macy's and Kohl's.

  • Posting Templates: map your product attributes to the fields each marketplace requires. See How to build a posting template.

Important: Clicking Disconnect on the Consent tab, or revoking Acenda's access in the marketplace's seller portal, removes the stored authorization right away. Syncing stops until you reconnect with Start OAuth Consent Flow.

What syncs, and how often

  • Orders: imported about every 30 to 45 minutes.

  • Inventory, pricing and listing updates: sent on the channel's regular schedule as your stock, prices and mapped products change, based on your Posting Template and Generic Template setup.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

  • The channel shows Connection Unhealthy. The marketplace rejected Acenda's authorization, often because access was revoked on the marketplace's side. Go to Settings > Consent and click Restart OAuth Consent Flow to reauthorize. The badge clears after the next successful sync.

  • Authorization doesn't finish. Make sure the seller account you sign in with is allowed to connect third-party apps on the marketplace, then click Start OAuth Consent Flow again.

  • Orders aren't coming in. Check that Enabled is on in Settings > General and that the channel isn't showing Connection Unhealthy. New orders can take up to about 45 minutes to appear.
