How are scores distributed to programs?
Acuity Insights results are processed and distributed to programs on your distribution list directly, not through a portal Acuity Insights delivers results directly to the programs included on your designated distribution list. These results are not accessed or distributed through a web portal, ensuring a streamlined and direct delivery process.
When will scores be distributed to programs?
After completing your Casper test, results are typically processed and sent to the programs on your distribution list within approximately 2-3 weeks. This timeframe allows for thorough scoring and analysis of your responses. For assessments other than Casper, results are made available to programs within one business day.
For programs added to your distribution list after the initial 2-3 week period, results will be sent within 1 business day. However, it is important to note that individual programs may need extra time to update their records to reflect the newly received scores.

How will I know when my results have been delivered?
To confirm the delivery status of your results:
Log into your Acuity Insights account.
Navigate to the Reservations section.
Check your test status:
If it shows “Completed - Results delivered,” your results have been successfully sent.
If it shows “Completed - Results pending,” your results are still in processing. Please note that Acuity Insights does not send email notifications for score delivery. It is recommended to rely on your account dashboard for updates.
What do I do if my programs haven’t received my results?
Please note: It may take some extra time for individual programs to update the status of your Acuity Insights results in their system. Please allow programs sufficient time to update their system.
Please ensure that your Acuity Insights account details (name, ID numbers, date of birth, email address, etc.) are correct and identical to those provided in your applications for admission as this may result in delays with your results being received by your programs.
If 4 weeks have passed and the program still has not received your results, please contact our support team. Include a screenshot or documentation showing communication from the program confirming they have not received your results. Additionally, ensure that all your Acuity Insights account details (name, ID numbers, date of birth, email address, etc.) match the information provided in your application, as discrepancies can cause delays.
