Use a Desktop or Laptop: Your Acuity Insights Assessments must be completed using a desktop or laptop computer.
Use the Latest Version of Chrome or Firefox: Download the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox.
Unsupported Browsers: Browsers like Safari or Microsoft Edge are not supported and may not work properly with assessments or tools like the System Requirements Check and test reservation.
Browser Troubleshooting Tips
If one browser doesn’t work (e.g., Chrome), try the other (e.g., Firefox).
Disable browser extensions or VPNs as they may block some website features.
If you're on a school or work network, network restrictions may interfere with parts of the site (like Casper, Snapshot, or Duet). Try switching to a different network. Check your internet speed (You need a high speed internet connection with a bitrate of at least 1.5 Mbps)
