Video issues are usually caused by an unsupported browser or a slow internet connection. If your upload has reached 100% and doesn’t progress after a minute or so, try refreshing your page. In rare cases, you may need to re-record your answer. Also, make sure your webcam and microphone are functioning and enabled.
