Casper test must be completed on a desktop or laptop using a supported browser (Chrome or Firefox) and a high-speed internet connection (≥1.5 Mbps).
If your webcam isn’t working, try refreshing your browser, updating it, switching browsers, or using incognito mode. Also, test your webcam and microphone with different applications (such as Zoom or Teams...etc.) to ensure they are functioning correctly and enabled on your computer.
