Why can’t I select my program when reserving or rescheduling my Casper test?

This usually happens for one of three reasons: no shared test date, an existing reservation, or no available dates.

Follow the steps below to fix it:

1. Your programs don’t share a test date

  • Check available dates for each program

  • Look for a date they all have in common

  • If none match, reserve a date for some programs

  • Add the remaining programs later (before their deadlines)


2. You already have a reservation

  • Check if you’ve already reserved or taken a Casper test

  • You can only take one test per type per cycle

  • Already completed it? Add programs instead of booking again

  • Missed it? Reschedule your existing booking (if dates are available)


3. No test dates are available

  • Check the Dates & Fees page

  • If no dates appear, they may not be released yet

  • If the final date has passed, booking is no longer possible this cycle
