This usually happens for one of three reasons: no shared test date, an existing reservation, or no available dates.
Follow the steps below to fix it:
1. Your programs don’t share a test date
Check available dates for each program
Look for a date they all have in common
If none match, reserve a date for some programs
Add the remaining programs later (before their deadlines)
2. You already have a reservation
Check if you’ve already reserved or taken a Casper test
You can only take one test per type per cycle
Already completed it? Add programs instead of booking again
Missed it? Reschedule your existing booking (if dates are available)
3. No test dates are available
Check the Dates & Fees page
If no dates appear, they may not be released yet
If the final date has passed, booking is no longer possible this cycle
