Swaps, and program removals can be made as long as you have not started your Casper test. The option to swap or remove a program is no longer available after starting your test. You will be prompted to add another program to your distribution list when making a swap.
All fees are non-refundable as per our Terms of Use, and removing a program does not generate a refund or credits for a later program addition. Distribution fees may apply for a program that is removed and added back later on.
To remove or swap programs on your distribution list:
On the Reservations page of your account, click on Edit distribution(s)
On the following page, click on either Swap or Remove, depending on what you want to do.
Next up, complete your swap or removal.
Please note that some programs require a student/identification number in order to match your Acuity Insights results to your application. You will need to provide the required ID numbers before reserving your test or swapping programs on your distribution list. You can find more information on IDs in our ID Number Requirements article.
If you are not able to add another program by swapping, the distribution deadline for that program may have passed. You can browse the distribution deadlines and required IDs for individual programs on our Dates and Fees page.
