You can request to remove a program from your distribution list, as long as you have not yet completed Casper. Once you have taken a test, you cannot cancel or withdraw the distribution of your Acuity Insights results.
All fees are non-refundable. Although we cannot offer refunds for a program that is removed from your distribution list, we can swap the program for a different one (in the same test type) at no additional cost prior to your Casper test date.
Please note: You must have at least one program on your distribution list at all times.
Swaps must be requested and performed at the same time as removals. Removed programs do not produce credits for swaps at a later date.
To request for a program to be removed/swapped from your distribution list, please contact the Acuity Insights Team using the chat bubble located in your Acuity Insights account or on the AcuityInsights.app website, and indicate the following:
What program(s) (eg. University of Colorado Denver, Physician Assistant) you would like to remove
If necessary, identify the program(s) you would like to replace the removed program(s)
Please note: You are able to add programs to your distribution list after completing Casper, as long as they require the same test type and the distribution deadline for your desired program(s) has not yet passed.
