To reserve your Acuity Insights Assessments or add programs to your distribution list, you'll generally need to enter all required student or application ID numbers. These are usually provided by your program or application portal once you’ve completed specific steps in your application.
However, we understand that applicants to some Ontario programs may wish to complete their full application before submitting it. In these cases, you may not yet have your OUAC-ORPAS ID number when it's time to reserve your assessments.
What to Do If You Don’t Have Your OUAC-ORPAS ID Yet:
You can reserve your Acuity Insights Assessments using a temporary ID number, and update your account later once your official OUAC-ORPAS ID becomes available.
When asked for your 10-digit OUAC-ORPAS ID number, use this temporary format:
Enter the second year of the current admission cycle + six zeros
Example: For the 2025–2026 cycle, enter 2026000000
Important: Update Your ID When You Receive It
You must update your Acuity Insights account with your correct ID number once you receive it. Failure to do so may result in issues distributing your test results to programs.
How to Update Your ID Number:
Sign in to your Acuity Insights account
Click on your name in the top right corner
Go to Account → IDs tab
Look for the blue pencil icon next to the ID
Click it to edit

Include:
The exact name of the ID you wish to update
The correct number
What Happens After You Update Your ID?
Once your ID number is updated, programs on your distribution list will automatically receive the new information within 24 hours.
No further action is required on your end.
