You can remove or swap a program from your distribution list as long as you have not started your Casper test. Once you begin the test, the option to change your list is no longer available.
If you're swapping a program, you’ll be prompted to add another program in its place during the process.
Important Notes:
All fees are non-refundable, as outlined in our Terms of Use.
Removing a program does not issue a refund or credit, even if you decide to add it back later.
If you re-add a program that was previously removed, additional distribution fees may apply.
Steps to Remove or Swap a Program:
Go to the Reservations section of your Acuity Insights account.
Click on Edit distribution(s).
On the next screen, choose Remove or Swap, depending on your goal.
Follow the on-screen steps to confirm your changes.
Before You Make Changes:
Some programs require a student or applicant ID number to match your Casper results to your application. You must enter this ID before reserving your test or swapping programs. Learn more in our Understanding ID Requirements for Acuity Insights Assessments article.
If you're unable to add a new program during a swap, it may be because the distribution deadline for that program has passed. You can review each program’s deadlines and ID requirements on our Dates and Fees page.
