My Accommodated Practice Test Link is Not Working

Steps to access the accommodated Practice Test

Before attempting the steps below, please ensure that you are accessing our website using the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox as outlined in this article HERE.

Please also note that the introductory sections of the Practice Tests will still refer to the regular time allotted to complete the test. You will need to advance to the first section of the test to see your additional time.

Lastly, make sure that you are accessing the accommodated Practice Test link that is in your approval letter and not the standard Practice Test in your Acuity Insights account.

If you have been approved for time accommodations on your Casper test, you will be provided with a link to an accommodated Practice Test in your approval letter.

If you followed the linked article above and are still unable to access your accommodated Practice Test with the link sent in your approval letter, please try the steps below:

  1. Clear your browser’s cache:

    • Log into your Acuity Insights account on Chrome or Firefox.

    • Clear your cache (Mac: Command + Shift + Delete // PC: Ctrl + Shift + Del)

    • Click on the accommodated Practice Test link sent in your approval letter.

  2. Switch browsers:

    • If you started the practice test on Chrome, switch to Firefox by logging out of Chrome and vice versa.

    • After switching browsers and signing in to your account, click on the accommodated Practice Test link sent in your approval letter.

  3. Use ”Incognito mode” on Chrome or “Private browsing mode” with Firefox.

If the steps above do not work, log into your Acuity Insights account on your browser’s incognito or private browsing mode.

Click on the accommodated Practice Test link sent in your approval letter.
