Browser tips:
If you experience issues with Chrome, try switching to Firefox, or vice versa.
Other browsers such as Safari and Edge are not supported and may experience issues with Acuity Insights Assessments or other functions on our website such as the System Requirements Check or reserving a test.
Disable any extensions or VPNs, as these may cause issues with our site.
Network privacy or security settings may prevent connections with certain parts of our site. This sometimes occurs with networks at work or schools, so you may want to try using a different connection for Casper, Snapshot, and/or Duet.
Using Incognito or Private browsing mode can sometimes help with technical issues. You can open an Incognito/Private tab in Chrome by pressing Ctrl + Shift + n (Windows) or ⌘ + Shift + n (Mac) and in Firefox by pressing Ctrl + Shift + p (Windows) or ⌘ + Shift + p (Mac).
Device tips:
You must access the Acuity Insights website using a desktop or laptop computer. Smartphones and tablets (such as iPads) are not supported.
2-in-1/hybrid devices (such as Microsoft Surface products) can work, but often experience webcam issues with Casper. If your device has 2 cameras (both a front-facing and rear-facing camera), please use Firefox when completing Casper. For more details, please see here.
