How do I find my Casper test type, dates, and deadlines?

How do I use the Dates and Fees page?

Updated yesterday

The Dates and Fees page is your main resource for finding information about Casper test required by the programs you're applying to. You can use this page to view:

  • The required Casper test type

  • Available test dates and times

  • Distribution deadlines (the last day to send your test results to a program)

  • Any applicant ID numbers required for reservations

  • Specific applicant categories, if applicable

  • Language requirements

  • The fees associated with the test

How to use the search tool

Use the filters on the left-hand side of the page to narrow your search. You can select:

  1. A country

  2. A language (for Canadian programs only)

  3. An admissions cycle

  4. A time zone to display dates

  5. A program type

  6. Individual schools

After each selection, the information on the right-hand side of the page will update automatically. You can click “Start over” at any time to clear your selections and begin a new search.

Tip: You must select a country before choosing a language or admissions cycle. Selecting individual schools is optional, you’ll still be able to view the Casper test type required for your program without that step.

What you'll see in the results

Once you’ve selected a school or program:

  • You’ll see the Casper test type required (e.g., Casper 2 (CSP-10211))

  • Any associated testing fees

  • The last possible test date for your chosen program(s)

  • A table showing available test dates, distribution deadlines, required ID numbers, and additional school-specific details

If the final test date for a school has already passed, this will be clearly indicated in the results.

What is a distribution deadline?

The distribution deadline is the final date by which you can send your results to a program . You can still add programs after taking your test, provided they are within this deadline and require the same test type.

Time zone display options

To help avoid confusion around time zones, test dates can be displayed in your local time zone. During Step 4 of the search, you can choose to display dates based on your Local time, based on your computer’s system settings.

Example for test takers in Melbourne, Australia (AEST/AEDT):

Let’s say you are in Melbourne (AEST/AEDT) and are registering for a Casper Test. On the Dates and Fees page, test times are initially shown in Eastern Time (ET), For example, June 30 at 8:00 PM ET = July 1 at 10:00 AM AEST.

To avoid confusion:

  • In your Acuity Insights account, test times adjust automatically based on your location or device’s time zone settings.

  • To view dates in Melbourne time, go to the Dates and Fees page and select “Australian Eastern Standard Time” under “Display test timezone” in the sidebar.

Your test will occur on the date/time listed in your confirmation email under “Test reservation details”.

The time zone shown (AEST) refers to Melbourne time. If you're in a different time zone, please convert accordingly.

If you are located outside the North American Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT), please follow these steps to ensure you view your test dates and times correctly.
